Bills that would establish processes for reporting alleged election crimes; that would require investigation and/or prosecution of alleged crimes; or that would shift authority away from election officials in favor of law enforcement.

The bills will have a chilling effect on voters trying to cast lawful ballots (or help their family and friends to so) and result in increased cost to taxpayers with no added benefit as mechanisms already exist to punish voting crimes.
